Musnad Ahmad 30:967

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu 'Ubayd, the freed slave of 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "None of you should wish for death. Either he is a doer of good, so he may increase in goodness, or he is a doer of evil, so perhaps he may seek to please [Allah through repentance]."
