Hashim narrated to us, Al-Faraj ibn Fudalah narrated to us, Ali ibn Abi Talha narrated to us, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: It was said to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "For what reason was the day of Jumu'ah (Friday) named?" He said: "Because on it the clay of your father Adam was fashioned, and on it is the blast (Al-Sa'qah), and the resurrection (Al-Ba'thah), and on it is the seizing (Al-Batshah). And in the last three hours of it, there is an hour in which whoever calls upon Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will have his prayer answered."
