Yahya narrated to us, from Mujalid, Abu al-Wadak narrated to me, from Abu Sa’id, who said: We said to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when wine was prohibited: "We have wine belonging to an orphan of ours." So he commanded us, and we poured it out.
