Musnad Ahmad 31:233

Sulayman ibn Dawud narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Dinar, from Abu Hisham, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to 'Ammar: "The transgressing party will kill you."
