Musnad Ahmad 31:364

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us, from Firas, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id, from the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "A neck [extension] of fire will emerge, speaking, and it will say: 'I have been entrusted today with three: with every tyrant, with whoever set up another god alongside Allah, and with whoever killed a soul without [the killing of] a soul.' Then it will coil around them and cast them into the depths of Hell."
