Musnad Ahmad 31:374

Uthman ibn Umar narrated to us, Al-Mustamir ibn al-Rayyan narrated to us, Abu Nadra narrated to us, from Abu Sa’id, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There was a short woman among the Children of Israel. She fashioned two legs of wood, and she would walk between two short women. She took a ring of gold and stuffed beneath its bezel the finest of perfumes, musk. Whenever she passed by a gathering, she would move it, and its scent would waft out."
