Musnad Ahmad 31:400

Sarij narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Abu Nadra, from Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, who said: We went on Hajj and stopped under a tree. Ibn Sa’id came and stopped in a corner of it. I said: "To Allah we belong, what has been poured upon me!" He said: So he said: "O Abu Sa’id, what I encounter from the people, and what they say about me! They say that I am the Dajjal. Have you not heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'The Dajjal will have no children born to him, and he will not enter Medina or Mecca'?" He said: I said: "Yes." He said: "But children have been born to me, and I have left Medina, and I am heading to Mecca." Abu Sa’id said: It was as if I felt pity for him. Then he said: "By Allah, I am the person who knows his place best." He said: I said: "Woe to you for the rest of the day."
