Muhammad ibn Ja'far Ghundar narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Layla narrated to us, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said regarding the fetus: "Its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother."
