Yunus and Surayj narrated to us, they said: Fulayh narrated to us, from Damrah ibn Sa’id, from Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade two prayers, two days of fasting, and two types of clothing. He forbade prayer after the Asr [prayer] until the sun sets, and after the Fajr [prayer] until the sun rises. He forbade fasting on the two days of Eid, and [he forbade] the *Ishtimal al-Samma’* (wrapping oneself in a garment such that no opening is left for the arms), and that a man should sit in a single garment while drawing his knees to his chest [without a loincloth underneath]." Yunus said in his narration: "With nothing over his private parts." Surayj said in his narration: "Regarding fasting on the day of Adha and the day of Fitr."
