Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, that Abu Sa'id al-Khudri informed him that he heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "A people will emerge from the Fire having been burnt, and they will be like charcoal. The people of Paradise will continue to sprinkle water upon them until they sprout as the vegetation sprouts in the silt of a flood." 11733 - Uthman ibn Muhammad narrated to us—and I heard it myself from Uthman ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Shaybah—Jarir narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, from Sahm, from Qaza'ah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "There is no fasting on the day of Eid." "And a woman shall not travel for three [days] except with a Mahram." "And journeys shall not be undertaken except to three mosques: the Sacred Mosque, the Mosque of Medina, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque." 11734 - He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, bade farewell to a man and said to him: "Where do you intend to go?" He said: "I intend to go to Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem)." The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to him: "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better"—meaning than a thousand prayers in any other, except for the Sacred Mosque.
