Musnad Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA)

Hadith 31:759

Abdullah said: I found this hadith in my father’s book, in his own handwriting: Abd al-Muta’al ibn Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, Yahya ibn Sa’id al-Umawi narrated to us, Mujalid narrated to us, from Abu al-Wadak, who said: Abu Sa’id said to me: "Do the Khawarij acknowledge the Dajjal?" I said: "No." He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I am the seal of a thousand prophets, and there is no prophet who has been sent but that he warned his nation about the Dajjal. And it has been made clear to me regarding his affair what has not been made clear to anyone else. He is one-eyed, and your Lord is not one-eyed. His right eye is blind and protruding, not hidden, as if it were phlegm on a whitewashed wall. His left eye is as if it were a glittering star. With him are [people of] every tongue, and with him is the image of Paradise, green, in which water flows, and the image of the Fire, black, emitting smoke."
