Abu Nu'aym narrated to us, Fitr narrated to us, Isma'il ibn Raja' narrated to me, he said: I heard my father say: I heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri say: We were sitting waiting for the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He mentioned the hadith, except that he said: So I came to him to give him the good news. He said: He did not raise his head toward it, as if he had already heard it.
