'Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Ata narrated to us, al-Jurayri informed us, from Abu Nadrah, from Abu Sa'id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade eating the meat of the sacrificial animals (al-adahi) beyond three days. He said: So they said, "O Messenger of Allah, we have dependents." He said: "Eat, store, and do good."
