Musnad Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA)

Hadith 31:826

Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, Sa'id ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz narrated to us, he said: 'Atiyyah ibn Qays narrated to me, from the one who narrated to him, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Allah hears those who praise Him," he would say: "O Allah, our Lord, to You is the praise, filling the heavens, and filling the earth, and filling whatever You will of anything after that. O Possessor of praise and glory, the most truthful thing a servant has said—and we are all Your servants—there is no one to withhold what You have given, and the wealth of the wealthy will not benefit him against You."
