Abu al-Yaman narrated to us, Shu'ayb informed us, from al-Zuhri, who said: And 'Ata' ibn Yazid narrated to me that Abu Sa'id al-Khudri narrated to him that it was said: "O Messenger of Allah, which of the people is best?" The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A believer who strives in the way of Allah with his self and his wealth." They said: "Then who?" He said: "A believer in a mountain pass among the mountain passes, fearing Allah and leaving the people alone from his evil."
