Musnad Ahmad 118:3

Abu ‘Amir ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Amr narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr—meaning Ibn Muhammad—narrated to us, from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Aqil, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid al-Ansari, from Abu Lubabah al-Badri ibn ‘Abd al-Mundhir, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The master of the days is Friday, and it is the greatest of them to Him, and it is greater in the sight of Allah than the day of al-Fitr and the day of al-Adha. In it are five characteristics: Allah created Adam in it, and Allah caused Adam to descend to the earth in it, and in it Allah caused Adam to die, and in it is an hour in which the servant does not ask Allah for anything except that He gives it to him, as long as he does not ask for something forbidden. And in it the Hour will be established. There is no angel brought near, nor heaven, nor earth, nor winds, nor mountains, nor sea, except that they are fearful of Friday."
