Musnad Ahmad 22:13

'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, Ibn Abi Layla narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Ibn 'Abbas, from al-Fadl ibn 'Abbas, who was the rider behind the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) when he departed from 'Arafah. He said: He saw the people rushing, so he ordered his announcer, and he announced: "Righteousness is not in the rushing of horses and camels, so upon you is tranquility."
