Musnad Ahmad 7:18

Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, Abdullah ibn 'Ata' ibn Ibrahim, the freed slave of al-Zubayr, narrated to me, from his mother and his grandmother, Umm 'Ata', they both said: By Allah, it is as if we are looking at al-Zubayr ibn al-'Awwam when he came to us on a white mule of his and said: "O Umm 'Ata', the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) has forbidden the Muslims from eating from the meat of their sacrificial offerings beyond three [days]." She said: I said: "May my father be sacrificed for you, so what shall we do with what has been gifted to us?" He said: "As for what has been gifted to you, then that is your affair."
