Musnad Ahmad 5:120

Mu'awiyah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, who said: Ibn Jurmuz sought permission to enter upon 'Ali while I was with him. 'Ali said: "Give tidings of the Fire to the killer of the son of Safiyyah." Then 'Ali said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'Indeed, every prophet has a disciple (hawari), and my disciple is Az-Zubayr.'" 'Abdullah said: My father said: I heard Sufyan say: "The disciple (al-hawari) is the helper (an-nasir)."
