Musnad Ahmad 5:183

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sharik, from Simak, from Hanash, from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When the two disputing parties sit before you, do not speak until you have heard from the other just as you have heard from the first."
