Musnad Ahmad 5:244

Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Ibn Akhi Ibn Shihab narrated to us, from his uncle, Abu 'Ubayd, the freed slave of 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Azhar, informed me that he heard 'Ali ibn Abi Talib saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not lawful for a Muslim man to have anything of the meat of his sacrifice remaining in his house after three [days]."
