'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, 'Ali ibn Mudrik informed me, he said: I heard Abu Zur'ah ibn 'Amr ibn Jarir narrating from 'Abdullah ibn Naji, from his father, from 'Ali, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image."
