'Abdullah narrated to us, 'Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to me, 'Imran ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Layla narrated to us, from his father, from 'Abd al-Karim, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Ibn 'Abbas, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talib, who said: "Game meat was brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while he was in a state of ihram, and he did not eat it."
