Musnad Ahmad 5:281

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Jabir, from al-Sha'bi, from al-Harith, from 'Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cursed the consumer of usury, the one who pays it, its two witnesses, and its scribe; the woman who tattoos and the one who asks to be tattooed for beauty; the one who withholds charity; and the one who makes marriage lawful for another (al-muhallil) and the one for whom it is made lawful (al-muhallal lahu). And he used to forbid wailing."
