Musnad Ahmad 5:301

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Jabir, from Abdullah ibn Naji, from Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade sacrificing an animal that has a broken horn or a slit ear."
