Hadith 5:311

'Abdullah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Aban ibn 'Imran al-Wasiti narrated to me, Sharik narrated to us, from Mukhariq, from Tariq—meaning Ibn Shihab—who said: I heard 'Ali saying: "We have no book that we read to you except what is in the Qur'an and what is in this scroll—a scroll that was in the scabbard of a sword, upon which was its iron ornamentation—which I took from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), in which are the obligatory duties of charity."
