Musnad Ahmad 5:344

Yazid narrated to us, Hajjaj informed us, he attributed it (to the Prophet): "The believer is like a stalk of grain; the wind bends it, and it stands back up. The hypocrite is like a cedar tree; it does not move until it is uprooted."
