Musnad Ahmad 5:360

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Mansur, from al-Hakam, from the one who heard 'Ali and Ibn Mas'ud saying: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, decreed [the right of] pre-emption (al-jiwar)."
