Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, my paternal uncle Abd al-Rahman ibn Yasar narrated to me, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Rafi', the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, from his father, from Ali ibn Abi Talib, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, the like of the hadith of Abu Hurayrah.
