Musnad Ahmad 5:416

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Isma'il, [who] narrated to us from 'Amir, from al-Harith, from 'Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, cursed the consumer of usury, the one who feeds it, its two witnesses, and its scribe; and the one who withholds charity; and the woman who tattoos and the one who is tattooed; and the one who makes marriage lawful for another (al-muhallil), and the one for whom it is made lawful (al-muhallal lahu)." He said: "And he used to forbid wailing."
