Musnad Ahmad 5:49

Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Mansur, from Hilal, from Wahb ibn al-Ajda’, from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not pray after the Asr [prayer] unless the sun is white and high."
