Musnad Ahmad 5:512

Ishaq ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from Asim, from Ali, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "Do not pray after the Asr [prayer], unless you pray while the sun is high." Sufyan said: I do not know if he meant in Makkah or elsewhere.
