Abdullah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Bakkar, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to me, Abu Waki’ al-Jarrah ibn Mulayh narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq al-Hamdani, from Hubayrah ibn Yarim, from Ali ibn Abi Talib, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, commanded us to examine the eye and the ear, and what is above them."
