Musnad Ahmad 5:551

Abdullah narrated to us, Surayj ibn Yunus narrated to me, Salm ibn Qutaybah narrated to us, from Shu'bah and Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Hubayrah ibn Yarim, from Ali: "That the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to wake his family during the ten [last nights of Ramadan]."
