Ishaq ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Sufyan and Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Amr ibn Qays, from al-Hakam, from al-Qasim ibn Mukhaymirah, from Shurayh ibn Hani, from Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, appointed for the traveler three days and their nights, and for the resident a day and a night."
