Musnad Ahmad 5:628

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Wahb ibn al-Ajda‘, from ‘Ali, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that he said: "Do not pray after the ‘Asr [prayer], unless you pray while the sun is high."
