Musnad Ahmad 5:676

Yazid narrated to us, Sufyan and Sharik informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "I have pardoned for you the Zakat on horses and slaves, so pay the quarter of the tenth."
