Abdullah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to me, Abd al-Samad narrated to us, my father narrated to me, Hassan ibn Dhakwan narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, from Asim ibn Damrah, from Ali: "That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade every beast of prey with a canine tooth, and every bird with a talon, and the price of a carcass, and the meat of domestic donkeys, and the dowry of a prostitute, and the stud fee of a stallion, and purple saddle-cloths."
