Hadith 5:721

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Jabir, who said: I heard al-Sha‘bi narrating from al-Harith, from ‘Ali, that he said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cursed the consumer of usury, the one who pays it, its two witnesses, and its scribe; the one who tattoos and the one who is tattooed; the one who makes marriage lawful for another (al-muhallil) and the one for whom it is made lawful (al-muhallal lahu); and the one who withholds charity. And he forbade wailing."
