Musnad Ahmad 5:73

Yahya narrated to us, from Sufyan, who said: Sulayman narrated to me, from Ibrahim al-Taymi, from al-Harith ibn Suwayd, from Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the *duba* (gourd) and the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel)." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: I heard my father say: "There is no hadith in Kufa from Ali more authentic than this."
