Musnad Ahmad 5:747

Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah informed me, from Zayd ibn Wahb, from 'Ali: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sent a garment of silk (sira') to him. He wore it and went out to the people, but [the Prophet] recognized anger on his face, so he ordered him to tear it up among his women."
