'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from Abu Hassan, from 'Ubaydah al-Salmani, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said on the day of the Confederates (al-Ahzab): "May Allah fill their houses and their graves with fire, just as they detained us from the middle prayer until the sun set"—or he said: "until the sun went down."
