Abdullah narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to me, Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq, from al-Nu'man ibn Sa'd, from Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Indeed, in Paradise there is a market in which there is no buying and no selling, except for images of men and women. So if a man desires an image, he enters into it. And indeed, in it there is a gathering place for the wide-eyed houris (maidens of Paradise), who raise their voices with a sound the likes of which the creatures have never heard. They say: 'We are the eternal ones, so we do not perish; we are the pleased ones, so we do not become angry; and we are the blissful ones, so we do not become miserable.' So glad tidings to him who was for us and we were for him."
