Hadith 5:99

Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Abu Ja’far—meaning al-Razi—narrated to us, from Husayn ibn Abd al-Rahman, from al-Sha’bi, from al-Harith, from a man among the companions of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace)—he said: "I do not doubt that it is Ali"—who said: "The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) cursed the consumer of usury, the one who pays it, its two witnesses, and its scribe; the woman who tattoos and the one who asks to be tattooed; the one who makes marriage lawful (for another) and the one for whom it is made lawful; and the one who withholds charity. And he used to forbid wailing."
