Musnad Ahmad 32:105

Ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The best of what you treat yourselves with is cupping (hijama) and sea incense (al-qist al-bahri). And do not torture your children by pressing [their tonsils/throats]."
