Musnad Ahmad 32:1056

Bahz and 'Affan narrated to us, they said: Aban narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, Anas ibn Malik narrated to us, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered a palm grove belonging to Umm Mubashir, a woman of the Ansar, and said: "Who planted this planting, a Muslim or a disbeliever?" They said: "A Muslim." He said: "No Muslim plants a planting, then a human, or a beast, or a bird eats from it, but it is for him a charity."
