Musnad Ahmad 32:1083

Bahz narrated to us, Sulayman ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, from Thabit, from Anas, who said: A son of Abu Talhah from Umm Sulaym died. She said to her family: "Do not tell Abu Talhah about his son until I am the one who tells him." He said: So he came, and she brought him dinner, and he ate and drank. She said: Then she adorned herself for him in the best way she used to adorn herself before that, and he had intercourse with her. When she saw that he was satisfied and had fulfilled his need with her, she said: "O Abu Talhah, what do you think if a people lent their borrowed item to a household, then they asked for their borrowed item back, do they have the right to refuse them?" He said: "No." She said: "Then seek the reward for your son." He went until he came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and informed him of what had happened. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "May Allah bless you both in your night." He said: So she became pregnant. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was on a journey, and she was with him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to not enter Medina at night when returning from a journey. When they drew near to Medina, labor pains struck her, and Abu Talhah was detained with her, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went on. Abu Talhah said: "O Lord, You know that it pleases me to go out with Your Messenger when he goes out, and to enter with him when he enters, and I have been detained by what You see." He said: Umm Sulaym said: "O Abu Talhah, I do not feel what I was feeling, so let us go." He said: And labor pains struck her when they arrived, and she gave birth to a boy. My mother said to me: "O Anas, let no one breastfeed him until you take him to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the morning." He said: When it was morning, I carried him and went with him to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: I encountered him while he had a branding iron with him. When he saw me, he said: "Perhaps Umm Sulaym has given birth?" I said: "Yes." He said: So he put down the branding iron. He said: I brought him and placed him in his lap. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called for an Ajwah date from the Ajwah of Medina, chewed it in his mouth until it dissolved, then put it into the mouth of the infant. The infant began to smack his lips. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Look at the love of the Ansar for dates." He said: Then he wiped his face and named him Abdullah.
