Musnad Ahmad 32:110

Ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, who said: "A man would come to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and embrace Islam for the sake of something he would be given of the world. Yet, he would not reach the evening until Islam was more beloved to him and dearer to him than the world and everything in it."
