Musnad Ahmad 32:1138

Yazid narrated to us, Humaid informed us, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Indeed, the Dajjal is blind in the left eye, upon it is a thick skin (pterygium), and written between his eyes is 'Kafir' (disbeliever)."
