Musnad Ahmad 32:1139

Yazid narrated to us, Humaid informed us, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until it is no longer said on the earth: 'Allah, Allah.'"
